"Peek-A-Boo!!"
Kate is learning more words every day. Her teachers at Mother's Day Out told me yesterday that she calls her friends in her class by name and if they don't walk yet, she calls them "beebee" (baby)...ha! She also knows all of her grandparents names and aunts and uncles...we look at all of their pictures A LOT...it's one of her favorite things to do! She says "no" and shakes her head when she thinks she doesn't want to do something, like if we ask her if she's ready for bed or if she doesn't want a banana with her cereal...it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy to realize she is beginnig to make her own choices. She says "oh no" when something bad happens or "whoa!" when I drop something or make a loud noise. She says "peez" (please) when she wants something and "tatoo" (thank you) when she gets something she wants. She also says "bess-oo" (bless you) when someone sneezes, including herself and even Dixie too! She's also beginning to say short (2-3 word) sentences. Brad sneezed in the car the other day and she said, "Bless you, Daddy". We get so tickled with her talking and how polite she is!
